Demand Generation Manager

Workyard is a growing startup based out of the Bay Area, operating in the construction industry where $300 billion is spent annually on labor. We are developing an industry changing technology SaaS solution to manage labor for construction companies. Through a unique approach into the market, we are fundamentally changing the experience for both companies and workers by adding trust, transparency, and technology to the labor management process.

Having established product/market fit and scaling, we are ready to bring on a Demand Generation Manager to craft and implement comprehensive strategies to progress market awareness, as well as optimize and accelerate lead generation and quality.

This is a 100% remote position but must be based out of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing strategies to drive company and product awareness to increase the volume and quality of leads

  • Craft and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to improve and optimize future campaigns

  • Collaborate across marketing and sales to ensure alignment and maximize impact

  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing B2B SaaS products and hands on experience in demand generation

  • Demonstrated results in generating leads and sales pipeline

  • A strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth through targeted marketing initiatives

  • Analytical and data-driven, skilled at interpreting data to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

  • Highly organized and strong project management skills - proven ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at the same time

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Innovative and proactive, always seeking new and effective ways to reach and engage target audiences

  • Entrepreneurial roll-up-the-sleeves self-starter to take the lead in shaping direction forward based on insights

  • BS/BA; MBA a plus
