Workyard is a fast growing startup developing an industry changing workforce management SaaS solution for the construction industry. We are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to help convey the brand message through visual communications. Candidates should be able to develop a branding system. Daily projects could include marketing emails, designing printed marketing materials, photography selection, production works, and collaborating with our team on online projects. You will be an active and critical in the design vision and process, from concept to creation, to support the needs of the Marketing team. We are looking for designers who are highly creative, passionate, and motivated to produce –to help drive our marketing to the next level.
This position is 100% remote.
Understand marketing strategy and execute strategy with design solutions
Set the design direction and standards for the company’s public websites, landing pages, and company blog
Lead concept development sessions with the Marketing managers and Co-Founders
Take ownership of all areas of the design process from initial prototype to creation to the preparation of final mechanicals
Work with the marketing team to design public website and blog pages to maximize user engagement and ultimately drive conversion
Work with wordpress and webflow developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and pixel perfect
Build a library of design templates we use for different types of web content and working with developers to ensure those templates are implemented as per design in our CMS
Implement key branding guidelines across all of our marketing assets
Create promotional advertisements for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram…
Design and produce infographics to support the blog and other media
Design, develop, and support CRM emails, landing pages, online promotions, UX designs and website pages
5+ year as a Graphic Designer or equivalent experience, including B2B experience
Portfolio that showcases understanding and knowledge of design best practices including digital designs from scratch
Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Conceptual and critical thinking skills
Motivated, independent, flexible, detail-oriented, and collaborative with strong organizational skills.
Eager to learn and embrace constructive feedback
Extensive experience working closely with marketing projects and optimization at either an agency or as part of an internal marketing team.
Associates or Bachelor degree in a graphics field or equivalent experience
