We’re a young and fast-growing team of DigitalHR specialists, working with our clients to build the HR departments of the future. We redesign and innovate HR and Talent Management processes and services, helping our clients create fantastic workplaces for their employees.
Since we started, we’ve quickly attracted amazing international clients like Booking.com, Swapfiets, Just Eat Takeaway, and Jumbo. Our projects range from advising leadership on HR technology and implementing software to developing HR dashboards and data integrations. Our approach is always no-nonsense, honest, and focused on what clients really need from HR.
Our team consists of about 50 passionate professionals—HR experts, architects, project managers, and developers. We’re both thinkers and doers, all team players who challenge and support each other’s growth. Our focus is always on the success of our clients and partners.
What we’re looking for
We’re searching for a Junior HR Integration & Data Consultant who will focus on (technical) integration and data migration projects. We want someone who’s just starting out but is eager to specialize in software integration and data management within the exciting field of HR.
In this role, you’ll be part of our Solutions & Analytics team, collaborating with HR implementation specialists to make projects and assignments for our clients a success. As an HR integration and data specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting systems and migrating data. You’ll ensure that data is not only transferred efficiently but also that logical connections and data integrity are maintained. You’ll work closely with project managers and other consultants to advise, support, and train clients so they can automate and optimize their HR processes.
The first months and your typical day
In your first 3 to 6 months, you’ll receive training and learn the basics of the role through a partnership between our team and one of our partners (Otherside at Work). Depending on your existing knowledge, we’ll focus on a specific software solution and cover the basics of working with large datasets, SQL, and data models.
After that, you’ll move into the next phase, which lasts about 6 months. Most of your training (on-the-job) will take place at one of our software partners in Den Bosch (around 3 days a week). Our own office is in Amsterdam, where you’ll work with colleagues about one day a week.
Who we’re looking for
As a Junior HR Integration & Data Consultant, you’ll operate at the intersection of functional management and data consultancy. We think the following profile fits best with this role:
You’re keen to learn the field of (technical) functional management and have a strong interest in technology, software, and data migration.
You have some practical knowledge and experience with connecting (SaaS) applications and migrating data.
You understand and can design data models and structures; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
You’re at the beginning of your career and looking for a new challenge in HR Technology.
You have strong analytical skills and can not only solve problems but also identify them.
You’re fluent in Dutch (required) and have a good command of English.
You have excellent communication skills and feel confident advising clients on optimizing workflows, processes, and systems.
You’re independent, have a healthy dose of confidence, are flexible, and know how to inspire others.
We’re a flexible and culture-driven company. After your onboarding period, a lot of your work can be done remotely if that suits you. Still, we also value regular office time to connect and join in on the many group activities we organize. And since this consultancy work involves clients all over the Netherlands, you’ll need to be flexible to visit them when needed.
