POSITION SUMMARY:
World Relief Chicago is looking for an ESL/ESOL Program Coordinator & Instructor to provide program coordination for its English as a Second language (ESL)/English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), career, and employment-readiness classes for adult immigrants and refugees. This role would also involve teaching and instructional support for employment-readiness classes. The majority of hours for this role are allocated towards program coordination. Key responsibilities include facilitating student registrations, standardized assessments and technology support, recording and organizing program data, maintaining program equipment, assisting with grant writing, reporting and program development, providing student referral services and instructional support, and teaching. The role is 38 hours/week but includes benefits. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented person with experience in teaching English as a Second language (ESL)/English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), this role may be a good fit for you.
