Pros

- CEO and senior leadership are very transparent and approachable to colleagues of any level. We hear from them regularly. - Remote work with full tech setup - Friendliest (and best) place I've ever worked at, overall great culture and healthy work/life balance.

Cons

- Unlimited PTO is nice, but there is room for improvement with benefits compared to other SaaS companies. Would like to have a gym/wellness stipend, lower insurance premiums -Typical growing pains that comes with working at a fast growing startup. Not as many tools or resources as large international companies
