About your role:
As an Organizational Development Specialist, we seek a dedicated individual with an inclusive attitude to join our team. The person in this position is responsible for implementing initiatives and tools to drive performance management, development planning, succession planning, engagement, and culture change across the global WRI enterprise. The candidate would work with others and leadership on organizational effectiveness issues.
At this level, the individual applies in-depth professional knowledge independently to resolve challenges / conduct research / complete complex tasks. Serves as a trusted 'go-to' person. Acquires skills to perform complex tasks and advises on internal processes. Understands the program/project/process cycles and applies those concepts in solving most complex problems independently. Is expected to make independent decisions in some complex situations. Keeps track of information and communicates trends and patterns in data to assist in decision-making.
You will be part of the Global Human Resource People Experience team working closely with colleagues in India, the United States and across the HR network. Your working hours will adapt to enable you to collaborate with colleagues in western time zones in real time.
How your day will unfold:
- Develop and/or execute engagement surveys to collect valuable information and evaluate the degree of engagement among employees.
- Offer data and analytical assistance by doing research, data mining, distilling information, and effectively communicating results pertinent to existing talent management procedures.
- Develop and facilitate training tools and/or resources relevant to current talent management processes.
- Research, identify, and provide best practices relevant to talent and organization development processes.
- Identify and prioritize organizational requirements and gaps using competency validation, profiling, and other needs assessment methodologies.
- Collaborate with HR Partners and Business Leaders to implement processes and provide tools/resources readily adaptable to support talent and organization development.
- Collaborate extensively with HR Business Partners and Program Leads to effectively address and meet staff's performance management, learning, and development requirements.
- Partner with global HR teams to integrate people experience programs with talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, and culture.
Qualifications and requirements we seek:
- 7-10 years’ experience in a related field.
- Experience and knowledge of organizational behavior, organization design, and training and development techniques.
- Experience with designing and administering performance management systems and processes.
- Experience with competency models and career paths.
- Experienced with complex data management skills and extensive data analysis.
- Strong Project Management experience.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Critical thinker takes the initiative and is action oriented.
- Team player and skilled at building relationships.
- Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development, or similar Human Resources degree is preferred.
- Certification or experience in change management is preferred.
Salary and Benefits: 15,00,000 to 18,00,000 INR CTC Per annum
Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills. WRI offers a generous and comprehensive benefits package.
Duration: 1 year as term hire (extendable based on performance and project requirements)
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru.
Start date: As soon as possible.
