Worship Group Administrator

The Worship Group Administrator provides critical support to the Central Worship Group including administrative support, expense reporting, travel arrangements, and event coordination.

The Life.Church Worship Team inspires and moves people towards Christ by creating spiritual experiences through story-telling and biblical truth. Worship is the musical expression of Life.Church. It’s the first part of a service that people experience and often the time they identify as what makes a campus “theirs.” It sets the stage for the message of the day, and it primes people for life change.

The Worship Group Administrator will help manage the team budget, coordinate team and volunteer-related events, and will also support general office work. This role will also coordinate travel for Worship team members as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Worship Team budget and finances.
  • Complete weekly Coupa expense reports for the Central Worship Group.
  • Support campus Worship Leader and intern auditions and interview weekends.
  • Support Worship Team staff events, Songwriting events and hosting guests.
  • Support CCLI, MultiTracks, CCS, Sound Exchange reporting.
  • Manage Worship Forecast, Worship Roster
  • Maintain team calendar and support scheduling efforts.
  • Communicate updates to Worship staff on behalf of Central Worship.
  • Manage Central Sound Studio availability, hospitality and maintenance.
  • Onboard new team members, Recognition of promotions and Anniversaries

Skills Needed to Succeed

  • Ability to resolve conflicts, make independent decisions, and maintain composure during stressful situations.
  • Maintain flexibility and initiate processes and projects while exemplifying high customer service.
  • Effective at multi-tasking, time management, and follow-up to meet committed timelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and promote cohesiveness between teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong guest relations and hospitality skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 12 months of related work experience.
