TEAM

The Toyota Woven City is a fully connected ecosystem powered by hydrogen fuel cells to be built at the base of Mt. Fuji in Japan. It is envisioned as a 'living laboratory' and 'ever-evolving,' incorporating various types of cutting edge technologies. At the same time, it is also 'human-centric,' that is, it is expected to keep people safe and comfortable. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an assistant manager to install, maintain, and manage the facilities that form the "foundation of people's lives" and the "foundation of the demonstration experiment" at Toyota Woven City. We, the city management team, need to understand how the facilities will be used, the flow lines, and the unique rules of Woven City as a demonstration city before deciding to install the facilities. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can work in Susono City to place emphasis on on-site, physical confirmation.

You will report to the head of department and the work style is hybrid (office and remote).

その為、現地現物での確認に重きを置く為、裾野市で勤務できる方を募集します。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

・Plan and implement equipment installation required for Woven City.

・Confirm regulatory and safety requirements for installed equipment.

・Planning for equipment maintenance and preservation.

・Smooth cooperation with Toyota Motor Corporation, the client.

・Negotiation liaison and building good relationships with partners, including vendors.

・ウーブンシティにおける必要な設備導入計画の立案と実施

・導入設備に関する法規や安全性の確認

・設備保守保全に対する計画立案

・発注主であるトヨタ自動車との円滑な連携

・ベンダーを含むパートナーとの交渉窓口および良好な関係構築

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

・Must have one of the following qualifications

・Advanced Information Processing Engineer Examination（IT Strategist, System Architect, Project Manager, Networks Specialist, IT Service Manager, System Assessment Engineer, Information, Processing Security Specialist (formerly Security Specialist）

・At least 5 years of Project Management experience in equipment installation

・Experienced in overall operations of equipment installation from planning, estimation, installation, and maintenance and preservation.

・General legal knowledge of equipment installation (Subcontract Law, Telecommunications Business Law, Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law, Building Industry Law, etc.）

・Logical thinking and problem-solving skills

・Proactiveness identifying issues and engaging stakeholders

・Daily level English and business level japanese proficiency

・次のいずれかの資格を有すること

・高度情報処理技術者試験（ITストラテジスト、システムアーキテクト、プロジェクトマネージャー、ネットワークススペシャリスト、ITサービスマネージャー、システム査技術者、情報処理安全確保支援士 (旧セキュリティスペシャリスト)

・PMP（Project Management Professional）

・ITIL（Information Technology Infrastructure Library）認定資格 ※上位資格

・設備導入におけるProject Managemnet経験５年以上

・設備導入の計画、見積、導入、保守保全までの全体業務経験者

・設備設置に関する一般的な法律の知識（下請法、電気通信事業法、電気用品安全法、建築業法、など）

・ロジカルシンキングと問題解決

・プロアクティブに問題を顕在化させ関係者とともに解決を目指す姿勢

・日常レベルの英語およびビジネスレベルの日本語力

NICE TO HAVES:

・Experience in setting up the organization of an operating entity

・Experience in equipment installation at Toyota affiliated companies

・運営事業体の組織の立上げ経験

・トヨタ関係会社における設備導入経験
