The Opportunity - (Remote - USA / CANADA)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Success manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales and Success manager, you will be responsible for leading our SMB sales and success teams and mid-market non-union success teams. You will ensure we are achieving SMB sales goals, while creating a customer onboarding and engagement strategy that will ensure our SMB and mid-market non-union customers are getting maximum value out of Wrapbook.
What you’ll do:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account executives and customer success managers, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Sales and Customer Success Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and success strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales and customer success metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable strategies to enhance the overall customer lifecycle from sales to success.
Revamp onboarding to reduce first 60 day calls significantly.
Customer Retention and Expansion:
Drive customer retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and product capabilities.
Collaborate with the team to develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers.
Work closely with the Product team to gather customer feedback and insights, and advocate for product enhancements and new features.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer-centric content and enable Sales teams with customer success resources.
What you’ll have:
3+ years of experience leading sales and customer success teams, preferably in the entertainment payroll or financial technology industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales cycles and customer success best practices.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A passion for coaching and developing talent to ensure they reach their full potential.
Experience working with Gainsight and/or Salesforce preferred
Entertainment payroll experience strongly preferred.
