Subject Matter Expert 4 (Potential Telework)

This position will be for the Lead Developer on the UX/UI team. Directing the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions. Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code, leading by example, and setting coding standards for the team. Must have good customer relations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the team meets deadlines and requirements, provide technical oversight and ensure software quality standards are met, monitor project progress and provide regular updates


**Telework dependent upon work assigned and lead approval.


Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).


Capabilities
  • Subject Mater Expert in one contract domain outlined in the position requisition. 
  • Experience as a team lead
  • Experience as primary point of contact to the customer
  • Experience overseeing technical project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs


Required Qualifications
  • TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph
  • Twenty (20) years experience as a Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (4) years of development experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree


Required Technical Skills
  • React, General Typescript/JavaScript Experience, Design systems, UX Designer


Desired Technical Skills
  • Next.js. Tailwind, 508 (Accessibility)
  • JAVA, AWS managed services, Gitlab, Maven, modern databases (NoSQL, Relational, Object)

Pay Range: $ NO BID - $ NO BID per hour*
Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
