Travel + Leisure Co. is searching for a Brand Designer who is passionate about bringing clarity to complex concepts through innovative design. This person will support the world's leading membership and leisure travel company, along with other travel brands within our multi-billion dollar global portfolio. The Brand Designer will be responsible for conceptualization and execute visual design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that engage and inspire our audience. Your expertise in graphic design software, typography, and visual storytelling will drive the development of compelling visual assets across various mediums. How You'll Shine: • Conceptualize and execute visual design projects: End-to-end design process from conceptualization to final execution, translating creative briefs into visually stunning solutions that meet project objectives. • Maintain brand consistency: Uphold brand guidelines and standards across all design deliverables, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand identity across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with marketing, product development, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and incorporate feedback into iterative design revisions. • Stay updated on industry trends: Research and analyze design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and effectiveness. • Highly collaborative approach, with experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional focused environment. • Take direction and guidance. • Curation, sourcing & organization of brand photography and assets. What You'll Bring: • BFA in Graphic Design, Marketing or related degree. • 8+ years of relevant experience in advertising, design or related function. • Able to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects, while maintaining focus on detail and quality. • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Committed to understand company goals, marketing performance goals and team efforts to strive for excellence. • Energy, a sense of humor and an open & curious mind (and of course, a passion for travel and creating great creative work). • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and other relevant design software. • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word a plus. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
