Finance Graduate Trainee

Xapo Bank is offering a 12-month Finance Graduate Trainee program for individuals interested in the Fintech, Banking, and Blockchain space. As a Finance Graduate Trainee, you will work on various aspects of finance and contribute to key finance initiatives.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel is a must
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in finance

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for various accounts
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Contribute to the analysis of financial data and trends
Assist in internal and external audit activities
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results
Assist in data gathering and analysis to support financial decision-making
Aid in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
Process invoices accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain vendor accounts and address inquiries from vendors
Assist in optimizing accounts payable processes and procedures
Prepare reports on accounts payable aging and cash flow projections

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
