IT Assistant (part time student role)

Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience while studying? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time, student IT Assistant based in the Copenhagen office. This student role will be a minimum 15 hours per week where you’ll provide front-line user support and training for Plandayers.

• Assist users with IT issues and prioritise requests
• Create checklists and how-to guides for users
• Share best practices around our core IT systems
• Handle on and off-boarding employees (system access, distributing/collecting hardware and preparing laptops for future use)
• Ensure computers are compliant and wiped of data when necessary
• Assist with reportingImprove ways of working and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement changes

• Working knowledge of IT systems
• Great time management
• Excellent customer-service skills and a desire to deliver results for internal customers
• The ability to identify opportunities to improve how we work
• Curiosity and an analytical mindset
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• A natural passion for technology
• Proactive and organised student studying IT, Technology or similar
