How you’ll make an impact
Product Marketing at Xero is in an exciting and high growth phase. We work closely with Product and Customer teams across the business to bring a holistic view of customer needs to Product, and translate product initiatives into customer value. We do this so that we deliver maximum product value to customers as efficiently and effectively as possible.As the Product Marketing Manager for Reporting and Insights, you will be helping to evolve these global Xero feature sets. You will be accountable for positioning and marketing Reporting and Insights to new and existing small business customers and their advisors to grow adoption and utilisation.
Reporting and Insights are core to Xero’s capabilities, enabling crucial year end accounting requirements and day to day awareness of business performance and finances – two very important jobs for our customers.
You will need to quickly become the go-to expert on the needs of the priority customer segments and the value of our products to tie everything together through clear and concise propositions. You will learn, monitor and deeply understand how your customers, competitors and influencers are changing and responding to your propositions across multiple regions. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business including product management, product design and go-to-market teams.
