Establish key HR metrics and employee engagement initiatives
Design and implement People Operations programs
Create a performance management process and feedback mechanisms
Facilitate compensation and incentive plans aligned with company values
Conduct audits on benefits and compensation practices
Develop effective onboarding and training programs
Oversee worker's compensation programs and relationships with vendors
Monitor and maintain internal HR systems and databases
Ensure compliance with employment laws and benefits administration
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to employees
Stay current on industry trends and recommend enhancements
Maintain employee records and support special projects
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related discipline
