Xometry is seeking a Business Development Manager to work with North American manufacturing companies, drive new business growth, and develop long-term client relationships.

Skills

  • B2B sales experience
  • Self-starter mindset with an inquisitive approach
  • Basic project management and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, identify, prospect, and target new accounts for new logo acquisition
  • Educate prior customer prospects on new Thomasnet.com solutions
  • Manage contracts and business relationships to meet or exceed sales quota objectives
  • Maintain focus on consultative solution-based selling
  • Ensure seamless customer transition of new accounts to account management teams
  • Research, uncover, and target key decision-makers to close new business opportunities
  • Provide compelling product demos, discuss contract terms, and ultimately close sales

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
