Senior UX Designer - job 1 of 3

Xometry is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the User Experience team. You will be collaborating with Product Managers and software developers to create user-centered design solutions in a marketplace environment.

Skills

Experience in UX design
Strong communication skills
Prototyping and user testing skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multidisciplinary initiatives.
Work closely with other designers and developers to improve design consistency.
Prototype features with user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity designs.
Use usability testing methods to identify solutions for customers.
Coach other designers and develop team proficiency in UX design.

Education

Relevant degree in design or a related field
