Xometry is looking for a Sourcing Associate to enhance their Sourcing Team while providing exceptional service to their global partners and customers.

Skills

Detail-oriented problem solver.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Basic knowledge of Solidworks and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial triage of orders to identify manufacturing issues.
Identify alternative sourcing strategies.
Cultivate relationships and communicate capacity gaps.
Develop recovery strategies for assigned orders.
Meet sourcing KPIs regarding margin and time to resolution.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or related field preferred.
