Senior Full Stack Developer

XperiencOps Inc. is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to design and implement outstanding software solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end solutions across our platform, utilizing modern frameworks and technologies.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to contribute to the complete software development lifecycle.
• Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews and implement security and performance best practices.
• API Integration: Develop and manage APIs that facilitate seamless communication between client-side applications and back-end services.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet customer needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate their potential application within our systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to design decisions, architecture, and codebases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, combined with solid proficiency in back-end development using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with relational and non-relational database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and serverless technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience working in Agile environments and implementing Agile methodologies in software development processes.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required to collaborate effectively with global teams.
