Job Description

You’ll join Xplor Personal Services and our Global Technology team — the team that provides the support and expertise to specialty care businesses like dry-cleaners and laundry services. We build the platforms they need to support their customers and keep life moving.

You’ll help us enhance our industry-leading platform used by our customer base to run their businesses. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:


•    Design, develop, and test software applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft SQL
•    Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with the company's coding standards and best practices
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management, to deliver software solutions that meet customer needs
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software applications
•    Optimize and improve existing software systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
•    Participate in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our software development processes and tools
•    Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions to address it

Qualifications

Experience
•    5+ years of experience in software development with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft SQL
•    Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns
•    Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps
•    Experience with version control systems such as Git
•    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
•    Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

•    Experience in Rest/JSON based Web Services in .NET.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
•    Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure or AWS
•    Experience with containerization using Docker
•    Experience with automated testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit
•    Experience with database design and performance optimization

The average base salary pay range for this role is between  $70,000 - $80,000

May be considered for a discretionary bonus
