Description of role:
As the first Programmatic Account Lead at Yobi, you will be responsible for developing and managing our strategic programmatic relationships. This role will ensure proper execution and that service levels are provided with best-in-class collaboration across internal and external teams. The Programmatic Account Lead will report directly to the EVP of Commercial and collaborate closely with the Commercial, Technology, and Product orgs to ensure alignment on account goals, data and delivery specifications, and delivery of services. This is an opportunity to build the customer success function at Yobi from the ground up.
Roles & responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key Yobi accounts, providing strategic recommendations and exceptional customer service to ensure they are performing & pacing optimally
Fully own the customer lifecycle post-sale: successful onboarding, delivering customer outcomes through programmatic channels, and ultimately ensuring growth and renewal of our lines of business
Monitor daily campaign performance to ensure 100% delivery and provide reporting highlighting KPIs, optimizations, and insights
Build great relationships with internal teams to identify ways to grow current accounts and help define features and enhancements to our products and services
Coordinate and own the building of customer success and account management functions within Yobi
Key KPIs and Metrics: Revenue, CSAT, NRR, Account Penetration & Growth, internal OKRs related to building and managing this function through Yobi’s growth phase
Qualifications:
3-5 years of programmatic experience (trading, agency buying, account management experience)
3 + years of client-facing work within digital advertising ecosystem
Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
Experience with DSPs and other programmatic ad platforms, BI tools, CRMs, and large data sets
