Partnerships Manager
The Partnerships Manager will be working closely with the Global Head of Partnerships to develop & implement the YouGov partnership strategies.
This role will be responsible for the management and optimisation of our partnership program. You will manage the group of affiliate partners on their day-to-day sales activities and financial performance, making sure the partners achieve the financial budget in each financial year. As well as introducing new affiliate partners in new markets in order to expand the partnership network.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the affiliate partners to develop and localise the strategic approach in sales activities. Guide the partners to develop budget and forecast, with regular sales & review meetings to ensure the annual budget is met
- Share hand-on sales experience and provide guidance on selling YouGov products and solutions.
- Coordinate & work closely with YG teams in respective regions to lead the partners’ on-boarding process and other relevant trainings
- Cultivate the best practice sharing culture to build stronger sales teams
What do I need to bring with me?
- Experience in stakeholder management and partnership management experience
- Hand-on experience for selling research or data solutions and products
- Experienced in forecasting and budgeting within a similar role
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Experience in managing multiple partnership projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
