The Role

As a Business Funding Advisor at YouLend, you will be responsible for growing the performance of a core strategic partner, as well as being a key player in decisions that will impact the results we deliver on the various lead channels the partner provides.

Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering on growth targets by actively working applications, and interacting daily with external stakeholders in a broad range of departments. Upskilling & training external stakeholders on how best to deliver our product & the benefits will be another core aspect of this role.

Operating in a fast paced, high-growth environment, the ideal applicant will have a proven track record of successfully expanding commercial partnerships and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all departments including Product, Sales and Risk.

You will working for one the largest PSP providers in the UK, with state of the art office based in Paddington.

Responsibilities:

  • Increasing £ funded for YouLend/partners.
  • Providing creative solutions and identifying areas for growth to achieve the above goal.
  • Supporting the partner’s Sales teams and active applications to ensure the best merchant experience & outcome.
  • Willingness and ability to jump on Sales calls where needed to best serve the needs of the partner.
  • Autonomous individual with 2+ years’ experience in a partner facing sales role, for example as a Key Account Manager, Partnership Manager, or Relationship Manager.
  • Strong aptitude for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of an organisation.
  • Proven ability to assess partnerships and identify areas for growth.
  • Skilled in providing coaching and performance development.
  • Ability to multi-task, work with data, and bring problem solving solutions.
  • Proven track record managing and growing key accounts within the financial services, tech or SAAS industries.
  • Experience in lead generation and/or a proven track record of developing ‘warm’ leads.

Salary: £35,000 + up to 20% annual bonus.
