Human Resources Coordinator

YPrime, a company in the pharma and biotech industries, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions and initiatives. The role involves contributing to projects, analyzing HR data, optimizing operations, and supporting talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Assist in driving various HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Total Rewards.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports summarizing data analysis and findings.
Conduct exit interviews and provide observations to HR Business Partners.
Support recruitment process by managing job postings and onboarding new hires.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Support the implementation of training programs and key HR initiatives.
Maintain employee records, databases, and assist in policy implementation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
