At YPrime, we help our clients in the pharma and biotech industries to collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups, and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps.  We’re supporting life-altering research, one project at a time.

YPrime’s IRT Project Delivery team is searching for a Portfolio Manager to oversee multiple cross-functional teams that are tasked with building and delivering innovative, high-quality IRT software systems for a portfolio of Pharmaceutical and Biotech clients.  In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day oversight of your assigned client portfolio and serve as the line manager to a team of Project Managers. You’ll be based in our Malvern, PA headquarters or Raleigh, NC office.

 

Here’s what we need from you:

  • 5+ years of direct eClinical Operations experience, preferably with IRT
  • A Minimum of 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • A Minimum of 3+ years of people-management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to be a solutions partner with your client and team

 

Have these things too? Even better!

  • Track record of building brands and innovative client development strategies
  • Experience managing a small team of Project Managers and Project Analysts

 

Here are some more details about the job: 

  • You’ll serve as a tactical account manager, providing day-to-day oversight of an assigned client portfolio
  • You’ll serve as the line manager to a Project Management team that supports those clients
  • You’ll hold yourself and your team accountable for financial oversight of the assigned portfolio, including the maintenance of client-specific P&Ls
  • You’ll serve as the first point of escalation for both clients and project management team members, owing escalations from cradle to grave in conjunction with various internal teams and stakeholders
  • You’ll ensure that projects within your portfolio are properly resourced and on target
  • You’ll ensure a quality of project delivery throughout the SDLC along with adherence to YPrime standards and SOPSs
  • You’ll ensure that Project metrics are collected, tracked, and communicated appropriately
  • You’ll advocate for team resources cross-functionally
  • You’ll provide coaching and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Analysts, and other members of the Project Delivery team
  • You’ll work closely with department managers to ensure cohesive and consistent delivery
  • You’ll contribute to marketing and sales collateral as a thought leader: (Blogs, white papers, webinars, seminars, and industry conferences as needed)
  • You’ll support and deliver department-specific onboarding and upskill training
