Product Director, IRT

YPrime's Product team is looking for an IRT Product Director to define and communicate a clear roadmap and vision for YPrime’s IRT product in the pharma and biotech industries.

Skills

7+ years of IRT experience
Strong understanding of PDLC
Project Management skills in Agile environment
Partner with internal and external teams for product strategy

Responsibilities

Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define product vision
Develop and communicate product roadmap
Gather feedback from stakeholders to shape product vision
Implement new product features and improve design/UI
Prioritize product updates based on client needs
Research industry trends and ensure product value

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
