About this role 

The primary mission of the T&S Integrity Team Lead is to safeguard Yubo by addressing potential non-legitimate accounts while supporting the platform's overall safety and integrity objectives.

Our T&S specialists are organized by expertise (abusive and high risk response teams, integrity team and support team). We are looking for a trust and safety team lead to help us develop our integrity pole (our largest team) following an internal mobility plan in our department.


Your responsibilities

As a member of the T&S Team, you will: 

- Handle operational risk assessment processes 

- Handle the application of safety procedures and guidelines 

- Act as a key point of contact for safety escalations Collaborate with QA and operations to maintain high moderation accuracy level

- Collaborate with product team to optimise team processes and moderation performances 

- Collaborate with legal department on law enforcement procedures and escalations 

- Collaborate with training team to ensure that specialists are up to date with procedures updates and safety knowledge

- Contribute to roadmap projects and objectives delivery 


As a Team Leader you will:

- Own and monitor team and individual performances 

- Act as a strong leader for team management and day to day tasks

- Organise and supervise team meetings 

- Mentor team members on development paths 

- Participate/contribute to team recruitment processes 

- Help with workforce management and resources allocation


Who you are

- You have at least 4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, 2 as a manager. 

- You have a strong moderation background in large companies (Pinterest, Insta, Snap…).

- You have experience on processes optimisation and cross collaboration
