As the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnership opportunities, managing relationships, and negotiating agreements for mutual benefit.

• Identify potential partners and develop a pipeline of strategic opportunities.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.

• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with business goals and ensure seamless integration.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities.

🟣 The skills you need

• Fluent in English is mandatory; Chinese or other language proficiency is a big plus.

• At least 4+ years of experience managing negotiations with Financial Institutions/Fintechs/Payment Providers around the enablement of payment services.

• Experience in providing recommendations and strategy within the APAC region for payment acceptance or e-commerce.

• Experience managing partnerships, including performance management and executive level escalations.

• Experience with technical/operational/regulatory requirements in the payment acceptance flows.
