Job Description

Here at Z we love data and use this to inform our decision making, in this role the data gathered from our customers activity and behaviour will allow us to create enticing and personalised offers to grow our customer value.

As well as producing, analysing and reporting on customer data as our Kaitātari Whakatairanga Pirihonga Loyalty Marketing Analyst you will develop measurement approaches to ensure campaigns are evaluated and aligned with our Loyalty strategy. It is a great opportunity to use your analytical skill set to make a real difference to the experience of Z customers.

You will have the opportunity to

  • Work with the loyalty marketing team to deliver a data driven approach to marketing campaigns and target audiences
  • Manage a complex test and learn environment using such as through A/B testing, test and control groups and multivariate experiments to measure campaign effectiveness and maximise engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, salesforce and data to build efficient, scalable and reusable data systems and models
  • Leverage automated offer/campaign performance reporting to present post campaign analysis back to stakeholders
  • Interpret data, identify patterns and deliver actionable insights to the marketing team to support decision making
  • Be at the forefront of Z’s industry rewards programme!

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to Z

  • A highly curious and analytical mindset, with skills using data tools such as SQL,
    Databricks and Power BI
  • The ability to work at pace and turn around requests in tight timeframes
  • Experience analysing customer behaviour to inform marketing activity
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on improving member experiences and delivering measurable results
  • The ability to collaborate across teams and lead projects that require cross-functional cooperation
  • Excellent communication skills, across a range of people and mediums, presenting technical information to a range of audiences
  • A drive for success and to contribute to a world class loyalty programme at Z

The base salary range for this role is $96,900 to $114,000 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
