Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs that communicate Zania’s brand, values, and product offerings effectively. Your work will play a key role in enhancing our visual identity across digital and print platforms, engaging customers, and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation:

  • Create high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, social media, email templates, presentations, and print collateral.

  • Design eye-catching posters, infographics, and visual assets that convey Zania’s brand message.

• Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs adhere to Zania’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into impactful visuals.

  • Collaborate with product teams to create product-specific assets and design mockups as needed.

• Creative Innovation:

  • Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

  • Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into your work.

• Asset Management:

  • Maintain a library of design assets and templates for internal and external use.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in tech, SaaS, or B2B companies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).

  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
