We are looking for aSenior Site Reliability Engineer to work on a project in theHealthCare industry.

You will be part of a distributed team developing new technologies to solve real business problems and your work will enable our client to provide better care to their members more efficiently.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, ideally with experience in decision-making, who is proactive, used to building software from scratch, and has good attention to detail.
What you will do:
- Setting up and maintaining a centralized artifact repo and multi-account orchestration.
- Defining and building AWS environments (accounts, VPCs, DNS, etc).Creating compliant CD systems for deploying code to ECS, Lambda and others.
- Developing consistent methods and tools for handling application configurations and secrets.
- Building reusable modules to ensure compliant and secure resource deployment.
- Transitioning legacy infrastructure to new Terraform patterns and accounts.
- Automating the versioning process for Terraform modules.
- Automating dependency updates in production code repositories.
- Standardising Python code instrumentation and exporting data to Datadog.
- Assessing Datadog and recommending alternatives if necessary.
What you will bring:
- Extensive experience with AWS services, particularly ECS, Lambda, ECR, and Step Functions.
- Proficiency in creating and managing AWS resources in a multi-account environment.
- Knowledge of AWS networking and security best practices.
- Proficiency in managing AWS security tools (GuardDuty, Inspector, etc.).
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with popular CI/CD tools (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
- Proficiency in software dependencies and vulnerability management.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform, including creating and managing reusable modules.
- Experience in automating the Terraform software development lifecycle.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Proficiency in software development practices.
- Experience with code instrumentation and observability tools (e.g.,penTelemetry, Datadog).
