As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Global Talent Manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless employee journey across multiple markets.

In this role:
The Global Talent Manager is responsible for streamlining our talent acquisition function, with a key focus on employer branding. You will work closely with HR Operations to create efficient, scalable, and centrally managed processes that support our business strategy as we prepare to scale 2-3 times our current size.

This role requires critical thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on experience with talent operations in high-growth environments. Familiarity with tools like Jira is essential, as you will oversee the management of approval processes. Your experience in financial services, combined with your ability to navigate multiple markets, will be key to keeping us competitive on a global scale.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and manage a globally consistent talent acquisition strategy to support the company's rapid growth.
  • Streamline and centralize the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency across regions.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to optimize the employee journey, from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Lead the employer branding strategy, ensuring our brand is well-positioned in multiple markets and is attractive to top talent.
  • Leverage tools like Jira to manage and oversee approval processes efficiently within the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Use talent ops expertise to build a robust talent acquisition machine capable of scaling with the company's business strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align talent acquisition efforts with the companyโ€™s short- and long-term goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key talent metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure a competitive talent acquisition strategy in financial services and other multi-market sectors.

What we look for in you:

  • Proven experience in a Global Talent Management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Talent Operations, with a strong track record of creating and optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Experience using Jira for managing recruitment approval workflows.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to scale processes for growth.
  • Knowledge of financial services and the ability to compete in multiple markets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in fast-growing, global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies and using metrics to optimize talent acquisition.
