Test Facility Administrative Assistant

Job Title:              Test Facility Administrative Assistant  

 

Reports To:         Test Facility Manager

 

Job Summary:     Responsible for the administrative tasks in employees specified work group.   


Job Duties
  • Maintains test schedules as necessary 
  • Track all invoices and buying inventory
  • Responsible for coordinating test conference rooms as necessary for customers
  • Create various project documents using Excel and Word
  • Performs administrative duties such as coordinating meetings, filing, organizing, and making copies when needed
  • Responsible for maintaining schedules for conference rooms and preparing them as necessary
  • Produces a variety of reports as deemed necessary
  • Prepare new hire supplies


Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of previous administrative experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Mental Requirements
  • Must possess strong leadership, analytical thinking, effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with persons inside and outside of the company.  Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements.  Must be able to work under stress.  Must be able to handle multiple priorities.   Must be able to process paperwork effectively. 


Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to go up and down stairs.  Must be able to communicate effectively.  Must be able to do unaccompanied travel.  Must be able to tolerate shop environment and exposures associated with welding and industrial equipment manufacturing, and apply appropriate safety equipment when required. Must be able to work overtime as required.  Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in company duties.
