The company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with offices in New York, Chicago, Toronto, London, Sao Paulo, and Singapore.What You'll DoZefr is seeking an experienced, creative, results-oriented marketer who knows the ad tech ecosystem to drive world-class field marketing for the company. This field marketer will be responsible for defining, executing and leading a marketing strategy that delivers growth and revenue at scale for our programmatic and measurement businesses. The ideal candidate is data-driven, relentlessly seeks to optimize, stays at the cutting edge of modern marketing, and has a passion for collaborating with sales teams to drive successful customer outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to build and have a significant impact on a high growth business.• Develop and oversee a field marketing strategy and execution plan to fuel pipeline growth across Zefr’s programmatic and measurement businesses• Own key business and revenue metrics, providing cross-functional insights to drive continuous optimization and improvement• Partner closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns• Lead the development and implementation of a regional events strategy, including third-party and Zefr-hosted events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)• Design and execute mid- and lower-funnel regional marketing programs to accelerate leads, opportunities, and revenue growth• Serve as a thought leader representing the Zefr brand• Optimize Zefr’s marketing tech stack and analytics capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize the field marketing engineWhat We're Looking For• 2–3 years of relevant B2B field marketing or ad-tech field marketing experience, leading strategies across multiple customer segments, and products• Proven track record of executing field marketing programs and events that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth• Expertise in developing and executing scaled and targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full funnel• Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments, with a deep understanding of how to integrate event experiences into the buyer's journey• Successful track record of collaborating with Sales teams, including joint planning, lead management, and earning trust as a strategic partner• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with ability to synthesize and communicate business health with leadership• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities• Startup mentality with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbout You• This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, enhance operational processes, and significantly contribute to our sales pipeline and revenue growth.• You are a proactive problem solver who can provide creative solutions and drive initiatives from conception to completion.• You have a strategic mindset and support decision-making with data and insights.• You are a self-directed leader who can prioritize effectively and work independently in a remote-first company.• You are an effective communicator who can present strategies and results clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.• You embrace a growth mindset, constantly seeking to improve and innovate.Why Zefr• Join Zefr and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our programmatic advertising products. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
