We are looking for an experienced, client-focused Sr. Client Partner to join our team and help drive strategic relationships with top-tier brands.

The Sr. Client Partner will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, specifically Fortune 500 brands, to ensure successful adoption and continued growth of our AI brand safety solutions. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, driving business growth through new opportunities, client retention, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media, brand partnerships, and advertising, with extensive experience working with leading social platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Meta.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients are consistently satisfied with our brand safety solutions and services.
Business Growth & Strategy: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts. Work collaboratively with the sales and product teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities that align with clients' evolving needs.
Account Retention & Satisfaction: Lead client retention efforts by consistently delivering value through tailored solutions and ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Social Platform Expertise: Provide strategic counsel to clients on brand safety across leading social platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Meta. Leverage knowledge of each platform's unique advertising environment to ensure brands' content is protected from inappropriate associations and aligns with their messaging.
Strategic Counsel & Insights: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep knowledge of AI, brand safety, and the digital advertising ecosystem to provide valuable insights and recommendations that help clients optimize their media strategies across social and digital channels.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination: Partner closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, solutions, and services.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Work along our Customer Success team to monitor the performance of campaigns and brand safety measures for clients. Provide regular reports and data-driven insights on key performance metrics and use this information to continuously improve client outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in media, brand partnerships, advertising, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to manage high-profile client accounts, especially Fortune 500 brands.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic media, Social Media investment strategy, and brand safety. Extensive experience with social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Meta, and how they impact brand safety and campaign strategy.
Client-Facing Expertise: Proven ability to build, manage, and grow relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and driving business outcomes.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and strategically about client needs and identify innovative solutions that address both short-term and long-term goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Proven Track Record: History of successful business development and account growth, with experience in driving revenue and retention within Fortune 500 brands.

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
