Senior Product Specialist

Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to lead the implementation of Zenoti software solutions across multiple locations in the beauty and wellness industry. The ideal candidate must have deep subject matter expertise, technical understanding, and excellent customer-facing skills.

Skills

Excellent customer service and client management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Software background with understanding of technical issues
Familiarity with software development and web design
Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with global remote teams
Eagerness to learn about revenue opportunities in the beauty and wellness industry

Responsibilities

Scope, plan, and implement the adoption of Zenoti software with customers
Lead customer on-boarding procedures and deliver excellent customer service
Conduct trainings, demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews
Drive proofs-of-concept and pilots for complex customers
Identify and mitigate risks to implementation plans
Address customer issues in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date on Zenoti product knowledge and market positioning
Maintain thorough documentation for successful implementation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
