The Role 💼

The Associate Account Management is a brilliant opportunity for someone early on in their career to break into an exciting commercial role in a high performing team. You will provide dedicated support to some of our smaller accounts or those on PAYG contracts. You will provide a high quality experience for our customers.

🚃 Your Day-to-Day 🗓️

  • Manage the customer inbox responding to our customers needs.
  • Ensuring our customers maximise their use of the Zinc platform
  • Resolution of customers issues, prioritising providing a delightful customer experience

Soft Skills to Shine in This Role 🌟

Strong Communicator

Why? This role is all about communicating with our customers to understand their needs and then internally to bring a resolution. You will have to be comfortable communicating across written and spoken English.

Emotional Intelligence

Why? In this role you will often be dealing with people who are asking for assistance when something has not gone as planned, understanding how to respond and the different approaches required to achieve your outcomes need someone that can understand how people are thinking.

Confidence

Why? This role while part of high performing and supportive team is the sole provider of support to the PAYG clients, it will require someone who has the confidence to understand a problem, decide on a solution and then implement it.

Autonomy

Why? Similar to the confidence, this role will work autonomously to resolve our customers issues, supported by a wider team of course but it will really suit someone comfortable working to solve problems by themselves.

The Technical Toolkit You'll Need 🧰

Problem Solving When something goes wrong your the person that finds the solution. Perhaps your the friend that is always trusted to organise the group holiday. This is the core of the role, looking at a problem and then finding a solution.

Tech Savvy You are comfortable using technology to maximise your impact, your not afraid of writing a ChatGBT prompt and you enjoy finding the App that saves you time. This role will scale to be to much for a human to do by themself you need to want to find solutions through automation and technology.

Organisation Are you someone who can spin many plates, always gets to the airport on time and probably keeps their friends on the straight and narrow. This role will need you to be hyper organised with your time in order to provide your customers with an incredible experience.

Customer Service Some experience putting customers first will make you stand out for this role, that could be in a shop, a call centre or in a pub but you having that experience of dealing with people who are a customer will be extremely beneficial in setting you up for success.

Salary💰

£30,000

📍Hybrid, Old Street, LDN

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.

⚖️ Throughout the interview process, you will be assessed directly inline with the requirements above.

1. One-sided video interview with an introduction from Sam, Chief of Staff. (15 mins) (**Please keep an eye out for this in your junk inbox**)

2. Interview with Oliver and Siobhan (30mins)

4. Final In-person interview with Task (no preparation needed) with Oliver, Rak and Tom (1 hour)
