Desktop Support Tech II

Zinnia is redesigning the insurance experience for shoppers, advisors, and insurers, and they are looking for a Desktop Support Tech II to maintain desktop services and technologies.

Skills

Desktop support and engineering
Experience with desktop services and technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

Implement all desktop and service desk services
Maintain desktop engineering skills
Work with offshore junior desktop support personnel
Support corporate IT Infrastructure including workstation management and hardware deployments
Independently investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Collaborate with Information Security teams to identify risks
Accountable for maintaining an accurate inventory of fixed assets
Support MacOS software, hardware, and applications
Engage in collaborative projects to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Studying Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
