We’re seeking to hire a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Social Media Manager who will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase the company’s web traffic and engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. They will be responsible for researching and identifying target audiences, setting goals, and analyzing performance data to optimize social media efforts.
In This Position, the Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For, But Not Be Limited To:
Developing Social Media Strategy
- Create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with business goals and brand identity.
- Define KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Research and identify target audiences, developing content that resonates with them.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other teams to produce high-quality content.
- Schedule content and manage the publishing calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.

Content Strategy and Development:
- Develop content themes, topics, and ideas that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of original content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, SEMRush, Salesforce).
- Generate reports on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
- Use data to refine strategies and improve future campaign outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (verifiable)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with social tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, SEMRush, ahrefs, Adobe.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Ortto, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Experience in influencer marketing and brand advocacy programs.
