Negotiate repayments with customers.
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide support to financial distress customers.
Perform administrative duties to ensure collections efficiency.
Respond to inbound customer queries.
Create and maintain daily reports on outstanding debt.
Education
2+ years experience in collections or relevant customer-facing roles
