Lead product and feature enhancements for Zip’s customer support experience
Define feature requirements and prioritize projects
Partner with engineering and design for successful product delivery
Analyze data to improve product performance
Advocate for customer needs in product strategy
Implement self-service tools for customers
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Graduate degree preferred
Completion of Product Management training program preferred
