ZoomCare is seeking a HR Generalist II to join our team! The HR Generalist II is responsible for general HR administration, to include but not limited to total rewards, employee relations, accommodations, and leave administration. The HR Generalist II provides a variety of support and participates in various HR-related projects.

Manage a variety of HR tasks and ensure that best practices are followed in all areas of HR.
Perform routine tasks and duties required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale, occupational health and safety, training and development, and employee concerns.
Respond to employee inquiries to include benefits enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries.
Partner with HR leadership to create competitive, cost-effective total rewards packages for the organization; recommend changes based on best practices, and facilitate implementation and enrollment for health and wellness plans.
Develop and manage compensation programs including base pay administration, market pricing, benchmark analysis, salary grades/ranges, position reclassifications, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
Provide recommendations for base compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and other compensation actions utilizing best practices and compensation methodology.
Collaborate with the HR team to create and maintain updated job descriptions for new roles utilizing HR best practices (job analysis, job evaluations, etc.) and ZoomCare organizational design philosophies.
Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, and refer complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices by reviewing policies and processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, preferred.
3+ years in HR, with experience handling benefits administration, compensation, leaves of absence, and employee relations.
2+ years of experience working in a “remote” work setting (telecommuting from home), preferred.
PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Technologically savvy; proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, Mac, HRIS (Kronos/UKG), and ATS (Jobvite), preferred.
Strong sense of self-efficacy, capable of independent problem-solving while knowing when to seek assistance.
Strong organizational skills and ability to interpret/adhere to policies and procedures.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000
