Hello there. We’re Zopa.
We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. As a Senior Product Designer at Zopa, you'll lead the end-to-end design of our banking products. In addition to driving the best possible customer experience as part of a product team, you’ll lead business wide strategic design initiatives. Your work will have a meaningful impact on a large scale as we create better solutions for everybody’s money needs. You'll be working with teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to design product experiences that deliver on both customer needs and business objectives.
We're looking for an empathetic, critical thinker who is passionate about bringing real value to customers and is excited to join a mature design team with ambitious goals.
This role will be reporting into our Head of Product and Service Design and expected to be in our office 2 days per week (ideally Tuesday and Thursday).
