Senior Data Scientist - Growth
Zora is a new kind of onchain social network aiming to make creating on the internet free and valuable. We seek a Senior Data Scientist to drive data-driven strategies for our product's growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead development of metrics to track growth ecosystem health
- Conduct strategic analyses to drive user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven recommendations

- Evaluate growth initiatives with causal inference techniques
- Maintain and improve data infrastructure
- Support A/B testing processes
- Promote data science best practices within the organization
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
