Our platform automates responses to repetitive questions around return policy, order status, etc., and saves time for customer service agents, who can then proactively turn website visitors into paying customers. It can work as an add-on with existing tools (Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, etc.) or become a standalone customer service platform.

• Managing all aspects of the event’s organization side—planning, logistics, vendor management, execution, and post-event activities.
• Drafting contracts, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.
• Acting as the primary contact for external partners, consulting with stakeholders to determine event goals, and strategizing to achieve them efficiently.
• Developing project trackers to monitor progress, stakeholders, actions, and deadlines and documenting lessons learned.
• Collaborating with the marketing team for event promotion.
• Analyzing feedback for future improvements.
• Identifying and evaluating relevant industry events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience, ideally in a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality, memorable event experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executives.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours if needed, as we attend events in both Europe and North America.
• Min. C1 English.
