Skills
Customer-facing experience
Knowledge of cloud services architectures and solutions
Understanding of web-based security, networking, and infrastructure solutions
Background in internet and security technologies such as SWG, Firewalls, VPNs
Familiarity with network transformation technologies like MPLS, SD-WAN
Responsibilities
Take ownership of accounts and champion customer needs within Zscaler
Ensure efficient and successful customer deployments
Become a trusted advisor to customers by understanding and realizing their business objectives
Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Recommend ways for customers to derive more value from services
Address customer pain points and coordinate solutions
