Zscaler is looking for a Director of Engineering Strategy & Technical Communications to enhance cloud reliability and communication with stakeholders in a fast-growing engineering organization.

Responsibilities

Drive engagement across PM and engineering for a holistic roadmap on Reliability initiatives
Improve the Trust post process and drive quality updates
Manage Root Cause Analysis documents post incidents
Program manage key cross-functional priorities across Engineering and Product
Develop customer communication processes for releases and escalations

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Advanced degree preferred
