Skills

• Law degree and licensed to practice in the UK or common law jurisdiction
• Significant post-qualification employment law experience in private practice and in-house
• Experience with multinational employers across the EMEA region
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on compliance with local employment laws in the EMEA region
• Identify legal and compliance gaps, advise on actions and policy development
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations for compliance
• Draft and review employment-related policies and procedures
• Manage employment disputes, litigation, and government proceedings
• Support and advise on employee complaint investigations

Education

• Law degree and licensed to practice law in the UK or common law jurisdiction
