Manager, Renewals (AMS)

The Manager Renewals (AMS) will focus on driving customer renewals and upsell business opportunities. They will take ownership of a team of agents, create & execute account strategies, and collaborate with various teams to close deals for the Cloud-based Security-as-a-Service Platform.

Microsoft Office proficiency
CRM systems knowledge (preferably SFDC)
Security fundamentals understanding
Strong analytical skills
Team player with high performance

Responsibilities

Driving customer renewals and upsell business opportunities
Creating & executing account strategies
Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to close deals

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Base salary range from $102,375 to $146,250 USD
