Manager, Renewals (AMS)

The Manager Renewals (AMS) will focus on driving customer renewals and upsell business opportunities. They will take ownership of a team of agents, create & execute account strategies, and collaborate with various teams to close deals for the Cloud-based Security-as-a-Service Platform.

  • CRM systems knowledge (preferably SFDC)
  • Security fundamentals understanding

Responsibilities

  • Driving customer renewals and upsell business opportunities
  • Creating & executing account strategies
  • Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to close deals

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
