Principal Escalation Engineer

Zscaler is a leading cloud security company looking for a Principal Escalation Engineer to engage with enterprise customers and provide holistic solutions for their issues, based in a remote capacity.

Skills

8+ years of experience with escalation engineering in network/web security.
Troubleshooting network and performance issues.
Experience with TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS protocols.
Familiarity with Wireshark and other network tools.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers at an Account Level to resolve ongoing issues.
Collaborate with escalation managers to design impactful recovery plans.
Ensure end-to-end issue resolution through collaboration with internal teams.
Contribute to the reliability and supportability of products.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent certifications.
